Because each order is created individually and to avoid contamination of our products, consumable / food items (teas, herbs, spices, sweeteners) are final and can not be returned. 

Please contact us using the information included on your invoice for a return material authorization request (RMA) on any non-consumable items (such as mugs, infusers, etc.) An RMA is required before returning non-consumable items. RMA must be requested within 5 working days and items returned with 30 calendar days. Items must be returned in unused original condition and in unopened original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend trackable shipping with insurance for your protection.

Please Note: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We recommend that you consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using herbal products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have been diagnosed with any condition or on any medications. 

Our shop may process products containing nuts, dairy, soy or other allergens. If you have an allergy or sensitivity please contact us before ordering so we can be sure to address it individually.
