FAQ
1- How is my order shipped?
We typically use USPS for smaller packages and UPS for heavier items, but you can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Most orders ship the next business day, but some items are freshly blended and may take 3-5 days to prepare. If there’s any delay, we’ll reach out to keep you updated.
2- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay. Need to pay with Venmo or CashApp? Send us a message and we will send you a payment request.
3- What is your return / refund policy?
You can find our full policy here, but in short, to ensure the safety and quality of our products, tea is non-returnable. If you're unsure about a flavor or blend, we recommend purchasing a sample size to try it out first. If it's "not your cup of tea," consider passing it along to someone else who may enjoy it!
4- How can I contact you?
Our dedicated customer support team is available to assist you. You can reach us through our contact page or via the provided chat button on bottom right of your screen. We aim to respond to all inquiries promptly and provide you with the assistance you need.
5- Can I track my order?
Yes, we provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the courier's tracking portal.
6- What if the product I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can contact us to be notified when it’s available again. Alternatively, we can help you find similar products or provide an estimated restocking date.
7- How much tea should I order?
As much as you can! No, seriously – our tea is freshly blended, and when stored properly, it can last over a year, even up to 2 years. Plus, the more you buy, the better the prices! Stock up and enjoy your favorite blends without worrying about running out.
You can use the table below to estimate how much tea each package will make. Note that everyone's tastes are different, and you may prefer to use more or less depending on how strong you like your brew!

8- How should I store my tea?
To keep your tea fresh and flavorful, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Our resealable bags are UV-resistant and reusable, offering extra protection against light, which helps maintain your tea’s aroma and taste. For best results, keep the tea in an airtight container or in the original bag, and avoid storing it near strong odors (like spices or cleaning products), as tea can absorb smells. Never refrigerate or freeze tea, as the moisture and temperature fluctuations can degrade its quality. While tea doesn't technically expire, it may start to lose some of its flavor after 2 years or if not stored properly.
